JULY 11th CELEBRATION DOWNTOWN
Thousands of revellers came to the Groenplaats for the festivities of the Flemish Community. It was a sunny day full of performances and activities for the children and their parents.
They were able to taste various workshops, such as making giant soap bubbles, folding balloons, spraying graffiti, circus animations and being a DJ. Furthermore, entertainment was provided with make-up artists and hair and tattoo artists, a balloon clown, bouncy castles and food trucks. Boembox kicked off the event and afterwards Maya and De KetnetBand took over. We closed with a packed square for a spectacular performance by LikeMe!
